As I sit here in my hotel room waiting to head to the airport it occurs to me that it would be wonderful to hear from all the participants I have been able to share training with.
I am looking for the chance to increase what I know about mediation and how it has helped or hindered others. Please feel free to add your comments and to ask questions to provoke further conversation.
